Spend 12 unforgettable months living and working in Sydney, Australia鈥攎entoring students, growing as a leader, and immersing yourself in a vibrant new culture. This is your chance to step into a meaningful GAP year at a leading girls鈥� boarding school, surrounded by opportunity, connection, and incredible landscapes.

As a GAP student, you鈥檒l play an active role across a busy Kindergarten to Year 12 campus. From classroom support to co-curricular activities and Boarding House duties, you鈥檒l gain hands-on experience while developing confidence, initiative, and leadership skills that will serve you for life.

We鈥檙e looking for young women aged 22鈥�24, ideally post-university. If you鈥檝e just completed your degree and are ready to explore the world while making a real impact鈥攖his is your next chapter.

All accommodation and meals are provided while you live on campus and become part of a warm, inclusive school community. You鈥檒l work alongside passionate educators, support students as a mentor and role model, and form lifelong friendships with other international GAPs.

Beyond school life, weekends and holidays are yours to explore. Discover Sydney鈥檚 iconic beaches, travel across Australia鈥檚 unique landscapes, and dive into a social and cultural experience like no other. 扒哥黑料 just 20 minutes from the iconic Opera House and Harbour via the nearby Croydon Train Station.

Whether you鈥檙e helping students through their school day, assisting in sport, or offering guidance in the Boarding House, your presence makes a genuine impact鈥攁nd leaves you changed for the better.

鈥淚鈥檝e absolutely loved my time as a GAP at PLC Sydney! It鈥檚 such a supportive, friendly, and welcoming community, and no two days are ever the same. Some of the highlights for me have been working with students in the Transition Class (a special education integration program), going on various camps and excursions, and spending time in the Boarding House. I鈥檝e really enjoyed the balance of having structure and routine during the week, while still making the most of weekends and long holidays to explore and travel.
