PLC Sydneyâs 2025 HSC Drama cohort has made history, achieving the largest number of OnStage nominations in the Collegeâs history.
In an extraordinary result, the students earned a record 34 nominations, with all 19 students receiving recognition for their outstanding work. Many were nominated twice â for both their group and individual performances â highlighting the exceptional breadth and depth of talent in this yearâs cohort.
OnStage is the prestigious showcase of the most outstanding HSC Drama works from across NSW. To receive a nomination is an achievement in itself; to have every student in the cohort recognised is truly remarkable.
Head of Drama, Ms Joanna Golotta-Maxwell, praised the students for their dedication and artistry:
âThe work was nuanced, sensitive and innovative. The students collaborated exceptionally well, and we are proud of their hard work and commitment to the creative process.â
