The Adelaide Perry Gallery at °Ç¸çşÚÁĎ delighted to announce the 41 outstanding artists selected as finalists in the 2026 Perry Prize for Drawing.
Each year, the Perry Prize recognises excellence in contemporary drawing across Australia, and the 2026 entries once again demonstrated exceptional depth, diversity and technical skill. The selection process was rigorous and highly considered, reflecting the strong field of submissions received.
We extend our sincere thanks to all artists who entered this yearâs prize and contributed to another inspiring and competitive exhibition.
Finalists were selected by this yearâs judge, Scott Elliot , Assistant Curator of Australian Art at the Art Gallery of New South Wales . It was a privilege to welcome Scott to the Adelaide Perry Gallery, where his meticulous and discerning approach guided the selection of this yearâs finalists.
The finalistsâ works will be exhibited at the Adelaide Perry Gallery, with the winner of the $25,000 acquisitive Perry Prize announced at the exhibition opening.
